Poria , commonly known as Yunling, Songling, and Poria , is a fungus plant parasitic on the roots of pine trees. It is shaped like a sweet potato with a dark-brown skin and white or pink inside. The original organism is the dry sclerotia of the Poria fungus Poria , which is mostly parasitic on the roots of masson pine or red pine. Produced in Yunnan, Anhui, Hubei, Henan, Sichuan and other places. The ancients called Fuling the “Four Seasons Magic Medicine”
